Logic, or now known as Logic Pro


I presented a session on some of the creative techniques that I've learned through my work with Apple Logic. A lot of the generative and working styles were developed during the mid-90's in Paris with Toy Sun, which was a group of musicians collaborating on improvised music, both live and in studios. We had laptops on stage in 1994 and it was pretty exciting.

Below are links to a video of the presentation, which happened in December 2006 at the Apple Store in Seattle, Washington. Note that at the time, Logic 7 was the current version, so there are new ways to do things, but the core ideas of the presentation are actually not specific to Logic at all.
